Have you heard of adrenal cocktails? Think of them as summer healthy beverages that are easy to prepare and also good for your health! So why not hydrate in a healthy way?

Option 1: the easy way

The easiest way to upgrade your drink involves adding your favorite fruit, veggie slices or fresh herbs in the water before drinking it. Think cucumber slices, mint, basil, raspberries, orange slices… or whatever you prefer! Why do that? Because this way, all the minerals that one can find in fruit and veggies will get into the water and you will hydrate better!

Option 2: the poshy way

  1. Squeeze one lemon (for vitamin C)
  2. Filter 500 ml of water (we don’t want the fluoride, right?)
  3. Add the juice of the lemon you squeezed in the first step into the water
  4. Add 500 ml of coconut juice (meet potassium, your thyroid’s best friend and your cramps’ worst enemy!)
  5. Add one pinch of Celtic sea salt (for added trace minerals)
  6. Mix and enjoy!

Do you upgrade your summer drinks in any way?
